4 Ingredient Candy Bars

4-Ingredient Candy Bars because life is as sweet as you make it! Made with our Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix, these layered beauties couldn’t be easier, or more delicious.⁠

Bottom layer:⁠

Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
1/2 cup creamy organic peanut butter⁠

Caramel filling:⁠
1 cup pitted Medjool dates (softened by soaking in warm water for 10-15 minutes)⁠
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter⁠

Chocolate coating:⁠
1/2 cup melted vegan chocolate⁠

Directions:⁠
Pour the mix into a large bowl, add peanut butter and stir into dough. Roll dough into small bite size ovals or rectangles (about 15-20) onto a plate or wax paper. Freeze while you make the rest.⁠


Add caramel ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until thick & creamy (should be sticky). Spread about a tsp over each cookie layer. Coat each with the melted chocolate using a spatula or spoon. Freeze for at least 30 minutes, then enjoy! Store in the freezer. ⁠
