Coconut Oil. Want to try something different, don't have nut butter, or not a nut butter fan? Swap out the nut butter for healthy Coconut Oil. This makes for a perfectly shaped, fluffy, decadent cookie, and is great for all three mixes. Use the following amount in each:
Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix: In place of nut butter, add 3 tbsp liquid coconut oil. Add only 2 tbsp water. Bake cookies at 350 Degrees for 10-13 minutes. (Yields 12-16 cookies)
Mint Chocolate Cookie Mix: In place of nut butter, add 1/4 cup liquid coconut oil. Add 1/4 cup water. Bake cookies at 350 Degrees for 10-13 minutes. (Yields 12-16 cookies)
Oat Ginger Cookie Mix: In place of nut or seed butter, add 1/3 cup liquid coconut oil. Add 2 tbsp water. Bake cookies at 350 Degrees for 10-13 minutes. (Yields 12-16 cookies).
