Chocolate Chip Olive Oil Cookies

Here is an easy way to amp up your Chocolate Chip Cookies with a pantry staple : OLIVE OIL! 

Olive oil gives cookies a crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside texture! It's best to bake with olive oil at a reduced heat, such as 315F degrees and increase the cook time. Though, try not to over-bake. They cookies will be soft and gooey on the inside. Hope you enjoy!
