These no-bake Gingerbread Bliss Balls by @cacaoforcoconuts_😍 Made with our gluten free, vegan, nut-free and soy-free Chocolate Graham Cookie Mix, they couldn’t be easier to whip up. Make a batch for yourself, gift them to a friend or neighbor, or share them in a cookie swap!
GINGERBREAD BLISS BALLS
1 box chocolate graham cookie mix
1 cup almond butter
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp molasses
chocolate chips and flakey salt for topping
ADD the cookie mix, almond butter, coconut oil, spices and molasses to a food processor.
PULSE until wet and dry ingredients are well incorporated. ROLL into balls of equal size (~10) and
FREEZE for at least 30 minutes. DIP cooled bliss balls into melted chocolate and top with flakey salt. FREEZE again and STORE in the fridge!
