Need something sweeter?
Our mixes are not designed to be very sweet, but you can make it your way!
We want to offer a delicious cookie that is also nutritious and keeps the sugar content moderate to low. With that said, your kids, family, friends may want something sweeter!
Taste the dough, if you'd like, add 1-2 tbsp maple syrup, honey, or coconut sugar and mix well. Bake according to directions.
Trying to find the perfect consistency?
Baking times will vary depending on your oven. I suggest starting with 10 minutes for all three mixes. That works best for my oven, and I also like a softer, gooey cookie. If your cookie is too soft, doughy, or falling apart at 10 minutes, add increments of 1 minute to be careful not to over-bake and burn them.
For flatter cookies. Press down with a fork or spatula. Cookies bake true to size without much expansion.
For round cookies. Roll dough into balls and lightly press down until a perfect circle is formed.
Not Vegan?
Our mixes are plant based and bake delicious plant based cookies, but if you're not vegan and prefer baking with eggs, you can make it your way!
- Chocolate Chip Mix: Mix + 1 egg. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes
- Mint Chocolate Mix: Mix + 2 eggs. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes
- Oat Ginger Mix: Mix + 1 egg + 1/3 cup oil (like coconut oil). Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes
