Pumpkin Spice Muffins

Here is the recipe for these nutrient dense, energy lifting, easy meal prep pumpkin spice muffins

Pumpkin Spice Muffins
(Can also be made into cookies)
Yields 6-8

Ingredients:
Oat Ginger Raisin Cookie Mix
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice (optional)

Directions:
Mix all ingredients until batter forms (it will be a little thick, these muffins are dense). Spoon about 2 tbsp of batter into muffin holders and back at 350 for 15-20 minutes, or until a fork/toothpick comes out clean. I slathered some granola butter on top for extra perfection.
