Ready to bake? Here are our tips, tricks, and suggested customizations for your baking mixes:

Calming Chocolate Chip:

Suggested Simple Nut Butters: Peanut butter or Cashew Butter

Suggested Elevated Nut Butters: Macadamia or Pecan

Suggested baking time: 10 minutes for a very ooey-gooey cookie

Suggested customizations: Add a mashed banana. Add more chocolate chips. Add 1 tbsp of maple syrup or honey for a sweeter variation. 

Cooling Mint Chocolate:

Suggested Simple Nut Butters: Cashew Butter or Almond Butter

Suggested Elevated Nut Butter: Macadamia

Suggested baking time: 10 minutes for a soft, pillowy cookie. 11 minutes for a dense cookie

Suggested customizations: Use 1/3 cup nut butter and 1/3 cup water for a softer cookie.  Add 1 tbsp of maple syrup or honey for a sweeter variation. Add 1-2 tbsp unflavored or chocolate protein powder.

Revitalizing Oat Ginger:

Suggested Simple Nut/Seed Butters: Tahini (Sesame Seed Butter) or Almond Butter

Suggested Elevated Nut/Seed Butters: Cashew, Macadamia, or Pecan

Suggested baking time: 10 minutes

Suggested customizations: Add a mashed banana. Add chocolate chips. Add 1 tbsp raw honey for a sweeter version.

Tricks for all three:

For flatter cookies - press down with a fork or spatula. Cookies bake true to size without much expansion.

For round cookies - roll dough into balls and lightly press down until a perfect circle is formed.

To ensure the flavors of the cookies come through, use neutral nut or seed butters, as suggested above.
